Enrollment and Payment: Enrolment in our online lash courses requires payment of the specified course fees. Payment must be made in full before gaining access to the course materials. No Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our online courses and instant access to course materials upon enrolment, we do not offer refunds. All course fees are non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances. Please review the course details carefully before enrolling to ensure it meets your needs and expectations.
Course Access and Duration: Upon successful enrolment and payment, you will receive immediate access to the course materials. Access to the course is granted for a specified duration, as outlined in the course description. After the expiration of the access period, you will no longer be able to view or access the course materials unless otherwise specified.

Any inappropriate or disruptive behaviour may result in immediate termination of access to the course without refund.
Certification: Completion of our online lash courses does not guarantee certification. Certification may be awarded upon successful completion of course requirements, assessments, and evaluations, as determined by Progressive Lash Pro. Certification is subject to meeting specified criteria and standards set forth by Progressive Lash Pro.
Kit Disclaimer: Participants acknowledge and understand that the cost of the course does not include any kits or materials required for practical exercises or hands-on training. While recommendations for kits and materials may be provided by Progressive Lash Pro, it is the responsibility of the participant to acquire these separately. Progressive Lash Pro does not guarantee the availability, quality, or suitability of any recommended kits or materials. Participants are advised to carefully review the recommendations and acquire kits and materials that best meet their needs and preferences. Any purchases made for kits or materials are independent of the course fees and are the sole responsibility of the participant.
